What we are doing to mitigate the spread of the coronavirus.

Daily technician health verification

Our technicians have their temperatures checked every morning to ensure they do not have fever symptoms, the most common indicator of viral infection. You will never have a service tech with any symptoms in your home. 

Technician self-diagnosis

Technicians are required to complete self-diagnosis for cold and flu symptoms each morning before attending any jobs. Anyone with symptoms is referred to Alberta Health Services for determination if self quarantine is necessary. Regardless, anyone with symptoms will be removed from the schedule indefinitely. 

Technicians are required to wear face masks at all times

Our technicians are provided with face masks and required to wear them at all times.

Technicians equipped and trained to practice self-sanitizing

Our technicians are provided hand sanitizer and antimicrobial soap and are fully trained on self-sanitizing before, during, and after each job.

Minimizing staff and technician interactions

Service technicians travel directly from home to jobs. They are not interacting directly with others in the business in order to minimize exposure to others. Minimizing their exposure to others and maximizing social distancing. 

Direct part delivery

Parts are delivered directly from suppliers to our shop where they will be allocated to our service technicians. This is done to minimize community contact and maximize social distancing. 

Ultraviolet (UV) lighting equipped part storage

Our parts room has been outfitted with ultraviolet (UV) lights. UV lights have been shown to be effective in killing viruses on the hard surfaces of boxes.

Digital invoicing and contactless payment

All of our invoicing is done digitally. Unless requested, we will not leave paper invoices. We also offer contactless payment options. Payment terminals are sanitized after each use.

Paperless quoting via email

All quoting material is sent via email. No need to leave hard copies.

2-meter distancing at customer location

While we are in your home fixing or installing your furnace or A/C, our service technicians maintain 2 meters of distance.
