TERMS FOR ALL PLANS
- Annual Tune-Up Schedule — The first equipment tune-up will occur 12 months after the start of your membership, with subsequent tune-ups every 12 months thereafter. We will contact you to arrange scheduling.
- Emergency Call-Outs — Emergency no-fee call-outs are limited to one per year per piece of equipment covered under the maintenance plan. Additional emergency service call outs may be billed at standard pricing.
- Transferable — Your membership is fully transferable if you move within our service area. Equipment at the new property must meet eligibility requirements.
- Easy Monthly Billing — Membership fees are automatically billed monthly to your credit card or approved payment method.
- Cancel Anytime — You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Fees already paid are non-refundable.
- Service Area — Plans are available for residential homes within Advanpro’s service area.
- Not a Warranty — Our plans provide maintenance and repair benefits but are not an equipment warranty or guarantee against future breakdowns.
TERMS FOR TOTAL + NO WORRIES PLANS
- Duct Cleaning Schedule — The first duct cleaning will occur 24 months after the start of your membership, with subsequent cleanings every 24 months thereafter. We will contact you to arrange the service.
- All Equipment Must Be Included — All furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps in the home must be enrolled in the Total or No Worries Plan.
- Coverage Start Date — Coverage begins 7 days after all required tune-ups are completed and any identified deficiencies are repaired.
- Scheduling of Included Services — We will contact you to schedule included services (such as furnace tune-ups or duct cleaning). Scheduling may occur slightly before or after your anniversary date based on availability.
TERMS FOR NO WORRIES PLAN
- Initial Tune-Ups Required — All equipment must receive a tune-up performed by Advanpro at our standard pricing before coverage begins.
- Deficiencies Must Be Corrected — If our tune-up identifies issues, they must be repaired before coverage becomes active. Repair pricing will be provided at the time of inspection.
- Partial Coverage (Weather Delays) — If certain tune-ups cannot be completed due to weather (for example, A/C tune-ups require 15°C or warmer), coverage will apply only to equipment that has completed the required tune-up. You will be billed a reduced monthly rate during this period. Full billing begins once all required tune-ups are complete.
- Repair Timing — Repairs are subject to parts availability and supplier timelines.
- No Guarantee of Future Performance — While regular maintenance reduces breakdown risk, no HVAC system can be guaranteed not to fail in the future.

Major Component Limitation — For equipment that does not have active manufacturer parts warranty coverage for the failed component, the following major components are excluded from full repair coverage:
Furnaces – Cracked or failed heat exchanger, Failed ECM / Variable Speed blower motor, Failed ECM / Variable Speed inducer motor.
Air Conditioners and Heat Pumps – Compressor, Condenser coil.
If one of the above components fails and is not covered by a manufacturer’s parts warranty, Advanpro may apply the lesser of:
25% of cumulative membership fees paid over the previous 36 months, OR The total cost of the repair as a credit toward the purchase of new replacement equipment supplied and installed by Advanpro.
If the component is covered under an active manufacturer parts warranty, standard Plan coverage will apply in accordance with the Membership terms.
