Advanpro Silver Service [Good]
Who’s It For?
Homeowners on a tighter budget • Homes that are kept meticulously clean • Homes that get semi-regular vent and furnace cleaning (every 2 or 3 years)
Advanpro’s Silver Service is our most economical option. This service is very effective for removing basic dust and debris that can build up in a home over the course of a year. It is ideal for clean, low-traffic homes. If you have your ducts and furnace cleaned on a semi-regular schedule, our basic cleaning service should meet the needs of most people.
A high-pressure air wand is used to loosen dust, debris, and contaminants from the ducts and furnace. As with all service levels, the cleaning wand is inserted into each vent in your home and high-pressure air is used to blow accumulated dust and debris back toward the furnace. Here, it is collected and removed from your home by our high-suction, truck-mounted duct vacuum, which is connected to your furnace.
To clean the furnace, we will take out the blower motor, allowing us to blow out any dust that has accumulated in the working parts. Upon completion of the work, we will provide a new standard-sized furnace filter and dispose of your old one.

Advanpro Platinum Service [Better]

Do you have pets in your home? Do you suffer from allergies (eg. dust, pollen, and dander)? If so, Advanpro’s Platinum Service package is an even better option for your home.
We use a high-speed, soft rotary brush to sweep over every square inch of your internal ductwork. This does a superior job at loosening and collecting fine particles – and results in a deeper clean for easier, healthier breathing.
As with the Silver Service, our Platinum Service follows up the brush cleaning with the use of the cleaning wand which uses high-pressure air to clear out any remaining dust and debris. The furnace blower motor is also removed and cleaned and a new standard-sized furnace filter is supplied.

Those seeking premium cleaning and the added assurance of furnace maintenance • Homes with older furnaces (10+ yrs)
The name says it all. Our Ultimate Service provides premium furnace and vent cleaning…and unmatched peace of mind! Not to mention, the greatest value for your dollar. It includes everything that comes with the Platinum Service and so much more.
Our technicians deploy an octopus whip to provide the highest level of cleaning of all ductwork. This tool has eight flexible tubes that whip around, blasting high-pressure air to dislodge the most hard-to-reach dust, debris, allergens, pet hair, and contaminants.
As an added value, our Ultimate Service includes ground-floor dryer vent cleaning (a $59.95 value). Dryer lint is extremely flammable and a major cause of household fires. Regular cleaning provides greater safety and protection for you and your loved ones.
Yet, what truly sets this package apart is the inclusion of our Total Care Plan which extends 2 years from the initial service date.
You receive a two-year supply of filters (8 Standard-Sized Filters), we will waive our emergency call-out and diagnostic fee (a $99.95 value) – and provide you with priority ‘front-of-line’ service.

Advanpro’s Ultimate Service is particularly valuable for those with furnaces that are over 10-years old. Plus, as performance decreases, dust and debris are more likely to build up in the vents and may require more aggressive cleaning.

Advanpro High-Efficiency Package [NEW]
Who’s It For?
Home with a high-efficiency furnace and/or central air conditioning
An upgrade on our Platinum Package, the High-Efficiency package is specifically designed for those with high-efficiency furnaces, which have unique cleaning requirements to protect the equipment.
Since 2016, all new homes in Canada have been built with high-efficiency furnaces with a Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV). The HRV is a high-efficiency system designed to replace stale indoor air with fresh air from the outdoors: winter, summer, spring, and fall. Cleaning high-efficiency furnaces also requires a “bypass” process to avoid damaging the fine metal fins within the unit. This allows debris to be removed from the fins, without risk of damage. It involves inserting a filter above the furnace or A/C coil.
The High-Efficiency Package includes bypass and HRV cleaning. Fresh air intakes are included and are not charged as “additional vents”. Choosing this package will save you a minimum of $30.
